Trevor is the best guitar teacher out there without a doubt!! I grew up playing piano and had always wanted to play guitar, but never got the chance to until moving to Nashville. I’m 24 years old and was afraid of being too old to learn or not good enough, but Trevor has surpassed my expectations. He is such a cool dude and hands down one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. I always look forward to our lessons each week and am excited for many more to come!

Derick is awesome - Some folks play guitar really well - Not everyone can translate that into showing other people how to do it. Derick is both a stellar player and a fantastic teacher. I’m a singer/songwriter so - I’m here to learn my way around guitar a bit better - specifically to up-level my writing and for accompanying myself playing out. Trevor gave me plenty to practice- everything from scales to songs. I was learning exactly what I set out to do. He was very easy going and was more than willing to teach me whatever I was interested in. His passion for music blended with an appropriate level of patience has been very encouraging. Derick is also an accomplished performing musician that will blow your mind with his own playing. In my opinion, I don’t think guitar teachers of this caliber come around very often so I’d strongly consider his services if you are serious about making progress on your guitar.
